On September 15, Jones Elementary opened its doors to parents, guardians and students for the annual Open House.
The event gave parents, guardians and students a chance to familiarize themselves with the building and see some early student projects on display. Teachers got the chance to walk parents through students’ daily routines, outline key curriculum goals and share practical ways they can support students at home.
The UCSD appreciates the hard work of teachers, faculty and staff at Jones Elementary for spending time preparing presentations and their classrooms for the open house. Here’s to a great school year!
