The Utica Comets visited fourth- and fifth- grade students at MLK this week. They spoke about kindness during their "It's Cool to Be Kind" assembly, part of their initiative to encourage young students to support one another. Students learned about random acts of kindness, such as holding the door for others, giving a compliment or writing a letter to a veteran.
