ဟိ Utica City School District သည် နည်းပညာနှင့် အွန်လိုင်းဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို အသုံးပြုမှုတွင် နှစ်ပေါင်းများစွာ ထိပ်တန်းကျောင်းခရိုင်တစ်ခုဖြစ်သည်။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ရည်မှန်းချက်အောင်မြင်ရန် 21 ရာစုနည်းပညာများကိုမွေးစားခြင်းနှင့်အသုံးပြုခြင်းသည်ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ရည်မှန်းချက်အောင်မြင်ရန်ကိရိယာများအဖြစ်ဆောင်ရွက်မည့်ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏မျှော်မှန်းထားသောပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ကိုဖြည့်ဆည်းပေးပါသည်။ နည်းပညာသည် ကျောင်းသားအားလုံးအတွက် မတူကွဲပြားသော ကြွယ်ဝသော သင်ယူမှုအတွေ့အကြုံကို ဖန်တီးရန် မရှိမဖြစ်လိုအပ်သောကိရိယာတစ်ခုဖြစ်သည်။
